The Outbound Sales Executive is a high-performing consultative sales professional responsible for proactively generating and converting outbound sales opportunities for Silversea’s ultra-luxury cruise experiences.
This role is designed for experienced outbound sales professionals who demonstrate a strong track record in high-conversion consultative sales environments, particularly within luxury travel, hospitality, financial services, real estate, or other premium sectors involving high-value purchasing decisions.
Unlike traditional outbound sales roles focused primarily on volume-based lead conversion, this position requires the ability to engage affluent and high-net-worth clientele, manage longer and more complex decision journeys, and convert premium leads into confirmed bookings through a highly personalised and consultative sales approach.
This will play a critical role in supporting the Americas consumer sales strategy, contributing directly to revenue growth by converting qualified leads and nurturing client relationships aligned with the Silversea ultra-luxury brand.
