What You'll Do
Own the dial. Run 100-200 targeted cold calls daily to book qualified meetings.
Master the conversation. Execute tight talk tracks, handle objections, and uncover pain points that create urgency.
Manage the pipeline. Track leads, follow-ups, and scheduling with precision.
Be the face of our clients. Represent them as if you were in-housecredible, professional, outcome-obsessed.
Requirements
Full-time, in-office, 5 days a week in Cape Town
Prior cold calling and sales experience is a plus we care more about attitude and drive
Compensation
Base salary: Competitive, based on experience
Performance commission: Tied to qualified meetings booked and show rates
