This is high-energy outbound sales for people who love the phone and love winning. You'll call US business owners, cut through the noise, build instant rapport, and uncover who genuinely needs funding — then move real opportunities through a process that's already proven to convert. The numbers are visible daily, the wins are loud, and the earning ceiling is one you set yourself.

Requirements

A day on the floor

• 150–200+ outbound calls to US business owners — volume is where the money is
• Real conversations with decision-makers, not scripts
• Spotting genuine funding needs and matching the right product
• Sharp, disciplined follow-up that turns "maybe" into "yes"
• Clean CRM notes so nothing slips
• Chasing — and beating — daily, weekly, and monthly targets

You'll thrive here if you:

• Have 1+ year in outbound sales, telesales, call centre, or B2B sales
• Speak clear, confident English that holds its own with US business owners
• Stay sharp under rejection and sound just as fresh on call 200 as call 1
• Love hitting targets — and have the track record to prove it
• Can commit to on-site US hours (2:00 PM – 11:00 PM or 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM SAST)
• Are eligible to work in South Africa
