Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Outbound Manager to join the 3PL Control Tower. This role drives execution performance and cost reduction across the 3P fulfillment network by governing outbound and transfer-out flows, improving throughput, and eliminating defects through data-driven mechanisms. The Outbound Manager will own end-to-end outbound process performance and productivity improvement plans across our 3P fulfillment centers in Brazil. This is a unique opportunity to build from the ground up — shaping how 3P outbound operations are managed and scaled in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key job responsibilities
Process Monitoring & Execution: Monitor outbound and transfer-out flows across the 3P FC network with focus on speed and quality input metrics. Ensure operations are aligned with network plans and adherent to best practices.

Defect Control: Manage DPMO (Defects Per Million Opportunities), reducing operational errors and variability in outbound processes through structured corrective actions.

Process Optimization: Own the end-to-end 3PL outbound operations plan, ensuring setups are optimized for high-volume execution.

Data Analytics & Reporting: Lead daily mechanisms, action plans, and critical path tracking. Maintain the single source of truth for 3P outbound process goals.

A day in the life
You start your day reviewing outbound performance dashboards across the 3PL network, identifying sites with deviations or emerging issues. You dive into the data — analyzing trends and process conditions — then connect with site-level teams to align on corrective actions. By mid-morning, you're updating the centralized action plan tracker and preparing insights for the weekly performance review. In the afternoon, you lead a deep-dive on improvement opportunities at a specific location, defining root causes and proposing adjustments that directly impact unit cost. You close the day by documenting lessons learned and standardizing best practices. Every day will be different, but always day one — data-driven, collaborative, and focused on making 3PL outbound operations visible, measurable, repeatable, and scalable.

About the team
The 3PL Control Tower is a lean, high-impact central team that serves as a process management hub through operational governance for Amazon's 3P fulfillment network in Brazil. The team is focused on three pillars: execution performance, flawless launches, and continuous improvement.

We currently cover multiple operations across Brazil from south to north, designed to support business growth in the BR region. You will work alongside a team of senior managers in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
