Under the guidance of the Plant General Manager, the Outbound Manager will oversee outbound operations, plan office production, and act as a technical resource for the team. The Outbound Managerwill review outbound waste streams and creates accurate loads for shipment and determines appropriate disposal method. Utilizing their strong leadership skills, the Outbound Manager will ensure their staff track all waste in compliance with Clean Earth’s policy and applicable local, state, and federal regulations. The Outbound Manager will coordinate regularly with Plant management to ensure safe, proper, and consistent handling of all outbound waste.
