A specialised service provider is seeking a proactive, articulate, and results-driven
Virtual Assistant (VA) for Sales and Lead Generation
for 3.5 hours per week. This micro-role focuses exclusively on outbound cold calling within the private school sector, designed to turn cold prospects into warm, interested leads.
Operating independently with total schedule flexibility, your core mandate is to bypass gatekeepers, connect with key educational decision-makers, and spark interest in a highly valuable service. This is a pure outbound telephone sales and guidance role—there is no complex closing required. Your success is measured by your ability to create a great first impression, answer baseline questions, and direct motivated schools to our website to complete their purchase.
Outbound Cold Calling:
Actively call a targeted list of private schools to initiate contact.
Decision-Maker Engagement:
Navigate gatekeepers to speak directly with key decision-makers (e.g., Principals, Headmasters, or Bursars).
Service Introduction:
Confidently introduce the service, deliver a concise value proposition, and generate genuine interest.
Prospect Nurturing:
Follow up with previously contacted prospects who requested more time or information.
Pipeline Guidance:
Answer baseline questions and seamlessly guide interested decision-makers to the company website to complete their purchase.
Data Logging & Feedback:
Keep simple, clean notes on call outcomes and provide regular feedback to management on prospect responses.
Proven experience in
Cold Calling, Telesales, or Outbound Lead Generation
.
Exceptional verbal communication skills with a highly professional, confident, and warm telephone manner.
Experience or high comfort level navigating gatekeepers and speaking with senior decision-makers (experience in the education sector is advantageous but not essential).
Highly disciplined and able to work completely independently.
Ability to maintain organized, clear, and simple tracking notes.

Comfortable using the Dial Master calling application and the Runo Call CRM system
