· Coordinate day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure smooth material flow.
· Monitor inventory accuracy through daily stock verification and cycle counting.
· Ensure proper receipt, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of materials.
· Follow FIFO/FEFO principles and maintain inventory traceability.
· Process warehouse transactions accurately in SAP (MM/WMS).
· Prepare daily, weekly and monthly warehouse MIS reports.
· Verify customer orders and coordinate dispatch as per delivery schedule.
· Monitor material picking and ensure correct material is dispatched.
· Coordinate with Production, Planning, Procurement, Quality and Logistics teams.
· Ensure timely GRN, stock posting and inventory reconciliation.
· Maintain warehouse layout, storage locations and material identification.
· Ensure compliance with warehouse SOPs, ISO procedures and company policies.
· Maintain 5S standards and good housekeeping within the warehouse.
· Ensure safe material handling practices and compliance with EHS requirements.
· Supervise contract labour and optimize manpower utilization.
· Support internal and external audits by maintaining required records.
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve warehouse productivity and efficiency.
Minimum 3 to 4 year Experience with
