Position Title: Inside Sales Center Representative- Call Center Agent

Classification: Non-Exempt / Full-Time

Location: In - Person / Office Renton, WA

As a Call Center Agent at Renewal by Andersen, you’ll be one of the first people homeowners connect with. Your job is simple: start great conversations, understand what homeowners need, and turn those conversations into quality in-home consultations.

This is a fast-paced, goal-driven role where your personality, persistence, and communication skills make a real impact. You’ll connect with homeowners through outbound and inbound calls, as well as digital outreach, while building your skills through coaching, feedback, and training.

What You’ll Do:

• Connect with homeowners through calls and digital outreach.
• Build rapport, listen to their needs, and create a great customer experience.
• Schedule qualified in-home consultations.
• Confidently handle questions and objections.
• Clearly communicate the value of meeting with a consultant.
• Keep homeowner and appointment information accurate and up to date.
• Follow scheduling, qualification, and territory requirements.
• Use technology, scripts, and tools to make every interaction count.
• Participate in coaching, role-play, training, and call reviews.
• Work with teammates and leaders to hit daily and team goals.

Consultative sales experience, objection-handling skills, or bilingual abilities are also a plus.
