Outbound B2B Lead Generation & Appointment Setter – American Market

Please note training and Grad Bay are completed on site at our Church Street office. Once completed you may then have the option to work from home on a hybrid model.
We offer:
  • Hourly wage of  £13.00 per hour, with career progression in place (Please note you will be paid a higher rate of pay for any unsociable hours – 
£14 from 8pm until midnight

£15 from midnight until 2am)
  • 28 days of holiday (including statutory), with increasing entitlement based on length of service

Responsibilities

As a key team member, you will:
  • Make  outbound B2B calls on behalf of our client to  generate new leads and arrange qualified appointments
  • Engage with businesses across the  American market
  • Maintain a  high standard of quality and compliance in all calls
  • Report to your  Team Manager and achieve agreed KPIs
  • Represent our  client’s brand in a professional manner
Working Hours & Location
  • Full-time role, Monday to Friday
  • Working hours Fully Flexible between 1pm – 2am, aligned with US time zones.
  • 37.5 - 40 hours per week
