The Role
Own and scale outbound across all clients. Lead AI-driven email, LinkedIn, and nurture campaigns while managing a team and delivering KPI performance.

What You’ll Own

  • Outbound email + LinkedIn campaigns at scale

  • AI-driven automation (n8n, Clay, APIs)

  • Lead lists, deliverability, sending infrastructure

  • KPI performance, testing, and optimization

  • Team management, training, SOPs

What You Bring

  • 3+ years outbound + LinkedIn campaigns

  • Automation tools (n8n, Make, Clay)

  • Strong cold email + deliverability expertise

  • Team leadership and coaching experience

  • Data-driven, systems-oriented mindset

  • Strong copywriting for outbound
