This role sits within our Machines4U account management team. The team works closely with dealership clients, combining expertise with strong relationship management to deliver consistent, high‑impact results while living our values of ownership, curiosity, and collaboration.

What you’ll be doing

As part of the account management team, you’ll collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to deliver high-impact outcomes, bringing curiosity, ownership, and a strong focus on execution.

  • Share expertise to draw meaningful insights from analysis, helping our customers get the most from our platform
  • Develop and support solutions that deliver overall call targets which will be defined in clear KPI’s. Whilst it is expected that most of these will be achieved via regular telephone-based calls some KPI’s may include Zoom or other video related meeting/ demonstration targets.
  • Collaborate and connect with the wider commercial team and will work closely with other teams to achieve the business unit financial goals.
  • Execute on the business development strategy that supports our customers, our field team, and delivers results for our customers.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and contribute to a high-performance sales culture, setting a standard for other teams
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and drive execution
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly and succinctly articulate ideas both verbally and visually
  • Self-motivated and autonomous problem solver, with a clear understanding of how to deliver against business KPIs
  • Strong commercial acumen, with an innovative and strategic mindset
  • Highly developed interpersonal and inclusive behaviours, aligned to our values (we change the game, we own it, we step in, we are curious, we don’t take ourselves too seriously)
