About the Role:

We are actively looking for 1 part time out of hours scheduler to work on our United Utilities contract.

A 5 week rota is provided and due to business needs, you may need to work during the week, on a Bank Holiday or longer hours during the weekend.

It is essential to be flexible before applying.

Location: United Utilities building, Haweswater House, Lingley Mere, Great Sankey, Warrington.

Hours: 20 hours per week

Salary: £13,457.00 per annum

Responsibilities – but not limited to:

  • Contacting customers via telephone and email, providing them with information
  • Providing customers and colleagues with accurate information
  • Navigating our in-house software, updating internal systems.
  • Handing over of works to other departments, in an efficient manner.
  • Deal with customer complaints, resolving in a timely manner.
  • Liaising with internal departments, and our field-based teams.

Experience and qualifications required for the role:

  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Excellent customer service
  • Ability to multitask, and work to deadlines
  • Previous customer contact experience required (telephone or face to face)
  • Positive, can-do attitude – team player
  • Competent in IT, accurate data entry and good keyboard skills
