About the opportunity

The newly created Out of Home (Parcel Lockers) Content Manager will shape and deliver compelling content that brings our OOH strategy to life. In this role, you’ll create engaging, high-impact internal and external content that drives awareness, adoption and engagement across products and initiatives, ensuring every message is clear, consistent and customer-focused.

What you’ll deliver with us

Working across a diverse mix of channels and outputs, including web (blogs and product pages) eDM, reports, social, sales enablement, campaign content, video and functional messaging, you’ll play a hands-on role in delivering standout content focused on our OOH products including Parcel Lockers,aimed at generatingstrong digital performance, commercial outcomes and customer experiences

You’ll also

  • Create content to drive an action or outcome that is both beneficial for the customer and the business.
  • Put the customer at the centre of the content experience to ensure effective and powerful communication.
  • Approach content governance holistically and strategically to ensure ongoing accuracy and utility.
  • Use tools to develop data-backed strategies and report on their performance.
  • Work with a wide group of internal and external stakeholders from AP product owners to creative agencies.
  • Support the broader Content Services team if required.


About you

We’re looking for someone agile, proactive and comfortable owning outcomes in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. You’ll bring experience navigating large, complex organisations, with the ability to move quickly, cut through ambiguity and deliver high-quality work at speed. A powerful communicator, you understand the content needs of varying audiences and bring creativity and purpose to each task.


You’ll also need

  • Experience in content, marketing or communications roles across B2B, retail, logistics, eCommerce or service-led industries.
  • Proven ability to develop content for complex propositions or customer journeys, including education and behaviour change.
  • Strong track record delivering multi-channel content across web ,eDM, social, campaigns and sales enablement.
  • Experience using AI, SEO, analytics and insights to optimise content performance and outcomes.
