Our Orlando team is looking for dependable people who can bring a great attitude to every customer interaction while also being ready to roll up their sleeves and get the physical work done. You'll spend your day traveling to different homes and businesses, helping customers clear out unwanted items, and making what can sometimes be a stressful situation feel easy.
You don't need to be a professional salesperson or have years of junk removal experience. We can teach you the job. What we're really looking for is someone who is reliable, friendly, confident, and willing to work.
If you enjoy talking with people, can stay positive when things get busy, and aren't afraid of physical work, you'll have a lot of the qualities we're looking for.
You must be 21+, have a valid driver's license, a clean 3-year driving record, and be able to safely lift up to 50 lbs. Alternating weekend availability is required.
You'll earn $17–$20/hour, plus tips and bonus opportunities, with paid training to help you get started. Full-time employees can also receive health, dental, and vision benefits, 401(k) matching after one year, company uniforms, referral bonuses, and team performance competitions.
