Why join us?
You will join the MVHE PMO team within the broader Global REFM organisation, supporting the strategic and transformational agenda.
Reporting to the Senior PMO Manager, the OU PMO Manager will work closely with the Central Operations team and functional leaders across Mars Veterinary Health Europe (MVHE). You will operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, coordinating complex, cross-functional projects across multiple countries and markets.
The role provides an opportunity to work across the full project lifecycle, from investment appraisal and planning through implementation, operational readiness and post-project review. You will help establish scalable approaches to project delivery while ensuring local market, cultural, legal and veterinary regulatory requirements are appropriately considered.
The role initially operates as an individual contributor, with the potential to develop as the wider PMO team evolves.
You'll also bring a strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach to delivery. Experience working with project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet or equivalent is important. A PRINCE2, PMP or similar project management qualification would be an advantage.
Experience in veterinary, healthcare or clinical environments is preferred, as is knowledge of veterinary legislation across multiple countries.
The role involves international travel, so willingness and ability to travel as required is essential.
