The Office of Technology Services will work to increase the return on the State’s investment in technology by promoting smart decision-making, solving problems intelligently, increasing the rate of project success, and fostering a skilled and professional staff.
The Division of Administration is the state government’s management arm and the hub of its financial operations. Division offices perform a wide variety of activities including the following:
Three years of experience in information technology or printing operations.
EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:
Every fifteen semester hours earned in information technology from an accredited college or university will be credited as six months of experience towards the required experience.
Every six months of vocational or technical school training in information technology will substitute for six months of the required experience.

Job Duties:
-Plans and oversees the execution of customer print requests, either for insourcing or through third-party suppliers, to ensure the most cost-effective means are employed for each request. Establishes and maintains client profiles for enterprise printing color management, data processing, brand management, data schemas, and related requirements.
-Serves as a lead for customer principals, buyers, and officials by resolving disputes and managing relationships. Analyzes the most complex enterprise printing account historical costs and makes recommendations to clients to add value and/or reduce costs. Oversees the work product of lower-level printing personnel to ensure client satisfaction with enterprise printing services.
-Continuously seeks opportunities for improvements to enterprise printing services provided to customers. Promotes the onboarding of new accounts by marketing services to prospective clients.

Position-Specific Details:
Appointment Type: This vacancy may be filled by job appointment, which is temporary in nature not to exceed 48 months. If filled as a job appointment, the position may be converted to a probational appointment provided a vacant position becomes available and funding is available.
