What You'll Do

• Safely operate Class A tractor-trailers across assigned OTR routes.
• Deliver freight safely and on schedule.
• Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain accurate electronic logs and shipping documentation.
• Communicate with dispatch regarding delays or route updates.
• Follow all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety regulations.
• Protect customer freight while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Report maintenance concerns promptly.
• Represent CJC professionally at customer locations.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience
• Acceptable driving record
• Current DOT Medical Card
• Ability to pass background and drug screening
• Strong communication skills
• Stable employment history
• Safety-first attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Hazmat Endorsement
• Tanker Endorsement
• TSA Approval
• Reefer or temperature-controlled freight experience
• Sleeper truck experience
• Air freight experience
