职位描述
1.负责完成经营部内视觉设计相关工作,包括但不限于产品外观设计、包装设计、主图、详情、店铺首页、推广图、活动海报等; 2.打造店铺个性化的形象风格,包括首页、产品页面的整体视觉效果,对页面视觉效果负责，产出线下物料; 3.结合当地习俗,对产品摄影图进行精修,提升产品品质感与品牌感,提升产品表现能力,并对页面陈列、海报进行合理布局,提高转化; 4.具有独立的创意思想和设计执行能力,能够把设计概念转化为有视觉冲击力的互动作品,有较好的视觉功底和创意能力,对自己的设计和作品精益求精,力求完美; 5.站在用户角度去思考,优化设计，能够挖掘消费者的浏览习惯和点击需求;
职位要求
任职要求: 1、本科及以上学历，有电商行业平面设计，美工经验； 2、熟悉各种设计软件ps、ai、pr、c4d、cdr等; 3、工作认真负责,具备较强的执行力与创意洞察力; 4、善于沟通交流、注重团队协作,有较强的主观能动性和抗压能力; 5、主导过爆款视觉案例，可以独立完成设计项目; 6、会使用相机拍摄视频/图片优先，会剪辑处理视频加分。 特别说明: 面试需提供作品集
