职位描述
【岗位职责】 1. 社媒内容运营 - 负责品牌在小红书、抖音、微博、官方视频号等平台的内容规划与日常运营 - 根据品牌调性和产品特点，策划并输出高质量的图文、短视频内容 - 跟踪热点话题，结合产品特性创作有传播力的内容 - 监控各平台数据表现，持续优化内容策略，提升粉丝增长和互动率 2. 产品营销 - 挖掘并建立与小红书、抖音、B站等KOL的合作关系 - 制定达人投放策略，筛选适配品牌调性的达人资源 - 负责达人合作全流程：brief撰写、内容审核、效果追踪与复盘 3. 品牌营销 - 负责国内品牌推广，负责线上线下宣传渠道的内容输出 - 维护核心媒体关系，处理口碑舆情。
职位要求
【任职要求】 1. 本科及以上学历，市场营销、新闻传播、中文等相关专业优先 2. 3年以上社媒运营或内容营销经验，有电竞装备/睡眠产品/新消费品牌背景优先 3. 深度熟悉小红书、抖音、微博、视频号的平台规则和内容玩法 4. 具备达人营销经验，有KOL资源积累者优先 5. 网感好，文字功底扎实，能独立产出有吸引力的内容 6. 具备数据分析能力，熟练使用飞瓜、新榜等数据工具 7. 对健康、游戏电竞领域有热情，有持续关注相关赛道的习惯 【加分项】 - 有爆款内容操盘经验 - 有社媒账号从0-1的经验 - 有AI产出内容（图片、视频）的经验 核心关注点： 社媒、达人种草投放、
