职位描述
岗位职责： 1. 制定并执行公司年度、季度、月度零售销售计划，确保达成销售目标。 2. 深度分析销售数据、市场趋势及竞争对手动态，及时调整运营策略，发掘新的业绩增长点。 3. 建立并监督执行门店统一的运营标准、流程与管理制度（包括但不限于店面陈列、销售流程、售后服务、库存管理等）。 4. 负责提升店长及店员在产品知识、销售技巧及客户服务方面的能力。 5. 建立并实施有效的薪酬激励体系，激发团队潜能，营造积极的竞争氛围。
职位要求
任职要求： 1. 5年以上零售行业经验，至少有3年以上担任零售运营经理、区域经理的职位。 2. 具备销售高单价、体验式产品（如：按摩椅、高端家电、奢侈品、豪华汽车、智能家居等）的成功经验。 3. 精通线下零售运营的各个环节，对数据高度敏感，具备出色的数据分析与决策能力。 4. 能用中文（普通话）无障碍地与总部团队进行口头沟通。 5. 优先考虑新加坡公民或永久居民（PR）。
