We are seeking a skilled OTM Technical Consultant with hands-on experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM). The role focuses on technical development, integrations, and system enhancements to support transportation and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain OTM technical components and customizations
• Develop and manage OTM integrations with ERP (Oracle/SAP), WMS, and external systems
• Work on inbound and outbound interfaces using XML, XSLT, REST/SOAP APIs
• Configure and develop OTM agents, workflows, and automation logic
• Support data migration and data validation activities
• Perform unit testing, SIT, and assist in UAT cycles
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and production defects
• Collaborate with functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, performance tuning, and best practices
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation (TSDs, integration documents)

• ~5 years of experience with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM)
• Strong hands-on experience in:
o OTM Technical Development & Customization
o OTM Agents and Automation
o Integration technologies (XML, XSLT, REST/SOAP APIs)
