This role is focused on delivering end-to-end Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) implementations for enterprise clients, ensuring efficient, scalable, and high-quality logistics solutions. You will work across functional and technical streams to configure, customize, and deploy OTM Cloud solutions that meet complex transportation and supply chain requirements. Acting as a key implementation expert, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments to translate business needs into robust system configurations. The position combines hands-on technical work with client-facing consulting, requiring strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. You will also play a key role in post-go-live support, ensuring system stability and continuous improvement. In this dynamic role, you will contribute to critical logistics operations that directly impact business performance and efficiency. This is a strong opportunity for an OTM specialist who enjoys end-to-end ownership of implementation projects.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead full-cycle Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) implementation projects, including design, configuration, testing, deployment, and go-live support.
  • Configure and customize OTM modules such as planning, execution, fleet management, and freight settlement to meet client-specific requirements.
  • Provide both functional and technical expertise in OTM Cloud environments to support solution design and delivery.
  • Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries to support reporting, data validation, and operational analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments to ensure smooth project execution and delivery alignment.
  • Deliver post-implementation support by resolving functional and technical issues and ensuring system stability.
  • Create and maintain project documentation, best practices, and knowledge transfer materials for stakeholders.
  • Ensure successful integration of OTM solutions within broader enterprise systems and business processes.
  • Requirements:

    • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) modules, including planning, execution, fleet management, and freight settlement.
    • Proven experience in OTM Cloud implementations across enterprise environments.
    • Advanced SQL skills with the ability to develop, optimize, and troubleshoot complex queries.
    • Experience working in Agile or Scrum-based project delivery environments.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and business stakeholders.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
    • Experience in system configuration, integration, and end-to-end implementation lifecycle support.
