OTD Specialist - MATERNITY COVER

What you will do

For a cluster of customers they will responsible of:

• Customer management end to end

• the entire order flow, from order entry to delivery

• Sales condition entry &update

• Customer master data maintenance

• Logistic activities such as Direct Deliveries and Booking slot Management

• Claim management and related credit/debit note flow

• Flow Analysis and Projects management

What you need to succeed

EducationBachelor in Economics or similar

Professional Experience At least 1 year of experience in a similar role preferably in a structured Company

Languages: Fluent Italian language and good knowledge of English

Preferred qualifications & soft skills

• Good knowledge of business intelligence and reporting system

• Experience in reporting and PPT presentation

• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and PPT

• Good SAP knowledge

• Strong team player who is willing to work in a fast paced ever changing environment
