About the role

Verisureis looking for a hands-on, driven OTC Transformation Senior Program Manager to join our Billing Transformation team across Europe. You will report to the Global Billing Project Director and play a key role in delivering a large-scale billing system transformation across 18 countries.

You will co-lead the implementation of a new billing ecosystem (ARIA), starting with Spain and then rolling out across multiple markets. The role combines program leadership with hands-on involvement, coordinating business and IT teams, driving execution, and ensuring delivery against scope, timeline, and business impact.

Beyond the core program responsibilities, you will at times act as a proxy for the Global Billing Director, stepping in to support, represent, and drive topics when needed. This offers strong exposure to senior stakeholders and broader strategic discussions.

The role is based in Madrid, although other locations across Europe can be considered.
