Job Description

Trading since 2017, Gravity Team is one of the leading crypto market makers and liquidity providers, with more than $500 billion in cumulative spot trading volume and connectivity to over 40 exchanges. We recently launched our institutional OTC desk, which pairs deep digital-asset liquidity with direct local banking relationships to deliver stablecoin settlement in under 60 seconds and T+0 fiat settlement across 20+ currencies.

The Role

Our OTC desk serves institutional clients, mostly in Southeast Asia. Our desk team handles day-to-day quoting with clients. We're looking for an OTC Sales Trader to own those client relationships, supervise the quoting process, and be the main point of contact between clients, the desk team, and management.

This role is about sales and client relationships. Technical trading skills are a plus.

What You'll Do

• Be the main contact for OTC clients and manage communication and quoting through our chat channels
• Supervise and support the junior desk staff who handle daily quoting
• Act as the go-to person for management on everything happening on the desk
• Build and grow relationships with counterparties such as brokerages, treasury desks, payment providers, and fintechs
• Keep the desk process running smoothly and reliably during Southeast Asian trading hours

What We're Looking For

• Experience in a client-facing sales or relationship role in finance, for example at a brokerage or on a bank's treasury or brokerage desk
• Strong communication skills and comfort managing client relationships from start to finish
• A good understanding of financial products and how trading and execution work
• Ability to work hours that match Southeast Asian markets
• Organized and dependable, with the ability to take ownership of a process and the people running it

Nice to Have

• Experience with crypto, digital assets, or FX
• A technical or trading background
