Join our Global Business Services team as an OTC Process Expert and play a vital role in driving cash flow performance, managing customer relationships, and supporting business growth across Greece. This is an opportunity to bring your credit management and collections expertise into a collaborative international environment where your insights will help improve processes, reduce risk, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
What will you be doing?
As an OTC Process Expert, you will take ownership of a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring outstanding receivables are collected effectively while building strong and professional customer relationships. You will work closely with colleagues across Sales, Customer Service and Finance to resolve disputes, assess credit risk, release blocked orders, and continuously improve end to end Order to Cash processes. Your work will directly contribute to cash collection performance, compliance, and operational excellence across the business.
What will you need to be successful?
Success in this role comes from combining strong analytical thinking with excellent communication and relationship management skills. You will be comfortable making informed credit decisions, resolving complex issues, and collaborating across multiple stakeholders while maintaining a customer focused mindset.
Key requirements include:
- Experience in Credit Management and/or Collections with a proven track record of delivering cash collection targets.
- Strong understanding of Order to Cash processes, financial controls, and customer credit risk assessment.
- Ability to analyse financial information, solve problems, and manage disputes effectively.
- Fluency in both Greek and English, with the confidence to work in a cross functional international environment.
The anticipated base compensation range for this position is €28,750.00 – €53,500.00 EUR annually.
The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on objective, job related factors including (but not limited to) relevant skills, qualifications, and experience, scope and responsibilities of the role, geographic location, and internal equity considerations. Compensation decisions are made using consistent and gender neutral criteria, in line with applicable pay transparency laws. This role has been evaluated within our internal job architecture and mapped to a defined pay band to ensure consistency and fairness.
