OtC Junior Accountant

About the role:

As a Junior OtC (Order to Cash) Accountant with a focus on Credit Control, you will support the credit and collections process in our organization. You will help ensure that customer payments are received on time and that accounts are kept up to date. This role is important for maintaining healthy cash flow and requires attention to detail, good communication skills, and a proactive approach to solving payment-related issues.

Your main tasks will include:

  • Credit & payments: help check customer credit, monitor payments, and support keeping accounts up to date

  • Collections: contact customers about overdue payments and support timely invoice settlement

  • Customer communication: handle written communication with customers regarding invoices, payments, and account status

  • Problem solving: help investigate and resolve issues with invoices or payments together with internal finance teams

  • Teamwork: work closely with other members of the OtC/Finance team to support daily operations

About you:

What we’re looking for:

  • Communication & teamwork: strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

  • English: minimum B2 level for daily work in an international environment.

  • Excel skills: good Excel skills (working with data, basic functions, spreadsheets).

  • Attention to detail: a careful approach when working with financial data

  • Willingness to learn: openness to develop and grow in a finance/SSC environment.

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field would be a plus
