1.核心架构与开发:负责基于J6B芯片平台的FOTA(固件空中升级)模块的软件架构设计、核心代码开发及性能优化。

a.设计健壮的升级状态机,实现断点续传、A/B分区切换以及失败自动回滚机制,保障升级过程中零砖机风险;

b.构建OTA安全体系,包括升级包签名验证、传输加密、安全启动(secure boot)与镜像完整性校验;

c.开发差分升级能力,优化升级包体积与带宽消耗,优化OTA进程资源占用;

d.制定OTA平台的核心质量指标(升级成功率、升级耗时、回滚率等),建立监控与数据分析闭环;

e.编写OTA方案设计文档、接口规范及运维手册;为跨团队成员提供技术培训与支持;

f.与硬件、安全、测试等跨职能团队协作,推动OTA功能量产落地。

2.全流程支持:负责客户量产项目中OTA刷写问题的全生命周期支持,包括远程诊断排查、刷写失败原因分析及现场攻关。

Qualifications

1. 必备专业基础

精通UDS协议(ISO 14229-1),深刻理解诊断请求/响应机制及寻址方式。

精通基于以太网(DoIP, ISO 13400)与CAN(DoCAN, ISO 15765)的诊断通信协议栈,熟悉TCP/IP与CAN总线的网络层交互逻辑。

精通C++编程语言,熟悉Python等用于自动化脚本与工具链开发的语言。

深入理解Linux系统原理:内核启动流程、设备树、分区与文件系统、进程/内存管理。

2. 量产与架构经验

5年以上嵌入式Linux或机器人/自动化领域系统软件开发经验,含至少1个OTA功能量产交付项目,理解整车级OTA升级流程。

熟悉Classic AUTOSAR诊断栈的实际配置与应用(尤其DCM、DEM、FIM模块),并理解Adaptive AUTOSAR中诊断服务(ara::diag)的基本架构。

熟悉信息安全加解密流程(如AES、RSA/ECC)与数字签名验签机制(如PKI体系、Secure Boot)。

熟悉差分升级算法原理及其在资源受限设备上的适配。

3. 工具链与调试能力

熟练使用Vector CANoe(包括CAPL编程)、Wireshark进行网络诊断分析与总线仿真。

具备较强的嵌入式系统调试能力,能熟练使用逻辑分析仪、示波器等硬件调试工具(加分项)。

4. 其他能力

良好的英文阅读/沟通能力,能独立阅读芯片手册、协议规范及开源框架文档。
