• Adult and peds caseload mix
• Pay range $28 - $32 per hour, depending on experience for full-time. A pay-for-performance bonus plan with incentives tied to your clinical results.

Occupational Therapy Assistant Job Responsibilities:

• Implement treatment plans established by the supervising OT
• Complete documentation
• Communicate with patients, patients’ families and physicians and staff
• Assist in the general operation of the department
• Assist with development of programs

Occupational Therapy Assistant Job Requirements:

• Associate’s degree (A.A.) in Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Possess or be eligible for state licensure
