As an OT Technician (M/F/D), you will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and improving Operational Technology systems used in manufacturing environments. You will act as a key link between IT and production, ensuring reliability, availability, and security of industrial systems, networks, and applications deployed on shop floors.

Operational Activities:

• Provide technical support for OT systems in industrial environments (industrial PCs, applications, SCADA/MES).
• Configure and maintain industrial networks (IP, NAT, port forwarding, basic firewall rules).
• Ensure support and high availability of production line applications.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to connectivity, applications, and system performance.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, automation, and IT teams.
• Participate in deployments, upgrades, and lifecycle management of OT assets.
• Ensure compliance with OT cybersecurity requirements and industrial standards.
• Document configurations, incidents, and procedures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and industrial digitalization initiatives.

We are looking for a hands-on OT Technician (M/F/D) with experience in manufacturing or industrial environments, comfortable working on shop floors and interfacing with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You are proactive, methodical, and able to work autonomously in a production context where system availability and reliability are critical.

Specific Expertise:

• Experience with industrial or OT networks (TCP/IP, NAT, Port Forwarding).
• Experience in application and system support within production environments.Familiarity with manufacturing companies (automotive industry is a strong asset).
• Basic knowledge of industrial PCs, Windows-based systems, network switches, and firewalls.
• Knowledge of OT/IT cybersecurity principles is a plus.
