As an OT System Engineer, you will join our IT/OT Operations team and play a key role in supporting the technology environments that enable automation and engineering activities across our manufacturing and warehouse operations. This position focuses on networking, Wintel platforms, virtualisation, and on-premise infrastructure within Operational Technology (OT) environments.
You will be responsible for deploying, maintaining, and securing IT/OT infrastructure, ensuring reliable and efficient operations across sites in Belgium (Haasrode and Genk) and Germany (Leverkusen). Working closely with colleagues across IT and operational teams, you will contribute to the stability, performance, and security of critical systems that support our production and warehouse environments.
This is a hands-on role for a professional who enjoys working in complex infrastructure environments and collaborating across multiple locations. Regular travel to Leverkusen is required as part of supporting and developing our cross-site IT/OT infrastructure landscape.

As our IT team is based in Belgium, we are looking to hire candidates who are already living in Belgium and are legally entitled to live and work in Belgium. Please note that visa or work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
