Under the direction of the IT/OT Superintendent , the Operations Technology (OT) Supervisor oversees the maintenance, reliability, cybersecurity, and continuous improvement of the site's operational technology systems, including industrial control systems, process control networks, communications infrastructure, and related instrumentation. This role provides technical leadership for OT operations, supervises daily support activities, leads OT projects, manages contractors and vendors, and partners with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, IT, and corporate teams to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of critical systems. The OT Supervisor is responsible for minimizing downtime, optimizing system performance, supporting commissioning activities, and ensuring compliance with safety, cybersecurity, regulatory, and change management requirements.
