As OT Security Specialist (m/f/d), you will play a key role in securing GLS's operational technology environments against threats while enabling efficient operation.

What can you expect with us?

• Support project and product teams worldwide with regards to OT security topics and their secure implementations
• Bridge the gap between information security and operational teams
• Evaluate OT environments with depots, hubs, parcel lockers, hand scanner and logistics facilities about their adherence to best practices
• Accompany various stakeholders with the implementation of defined and reasonable OT security requirements in heterogeneous environments
• Strengthen the security posture of logistics technologies and ensure a suitable level of resilience in line with the OT strategy
• Develop and maintain OT security guidelines, frameworks and standards
• Identify and review risks associated with operational assets
• Work together with both security functions and operational teams
• Technical contact person in all questions concerning OT security

What do you bring to the table?

• Completed studies in computer science, engineering or comparable professional work experience in IT/OT
• Several years of work experience in OT security
• Motivation to constantly improve processes and methodologies
• Self-motivated and results-oriented – capable of helping other teams to improve their security posture without supervision
• Sound OT knowledge, including knowledge of network segmentation, zero trust concepts, operating systems, hardware and automation
• Professional experience in designing, building and securing OT environments is an advantage
• Relevant certifications such as SecOT+, GICSP or ISA/IEC 6244 Series are an advantage
• Advanced language proficiency English - German and other languages are a plus
