We are looking for an experienced OT Security Service Delivery Manager to oversee and drive end-to-end Operational Technology (OT) service delivery and security operations within a complex industrial environment. This role will be responsible for ensuring secure, stable, and efficient OT services while coordinating across business, engineering, IT, cybersecurity, and external vendors.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in OT/IoT Security, service governance, operational stability, and IT/OT service management within manufacturing or industrial environments.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End OT Service Ownership
Take ownership of OT service health including:
Incidents
Changes
Configuration management
Security operations
Backup and recovery
Connectivity management
Ensure services meet operational objectives beyond standard SLA measurements.
Manage and maintain OT CMDB and configuration governance.
Service Performance & Stability Management
Define, monitor, and analyze:
Service KPIs
Risk indicators
Stability and performance trends
Lead root cause analysis activities for recurring OT incidents while balancing:
Security posture
Recoverability
Production uptime
Operational safety
OT Incident & Change Governance
Coordinate OT incident response activities across factories, engineering teams, IT, and cybersecurity teams.
Ensure incident handling and change execution do not negatively impact production or plant safety.
Govern risk-aware change management processes in OT environments.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
Act as the primary liaison between:
Business teams
Plant operations
Engineering
IT & Cybersecurity teams
Vendors and MSSPs
Manage vendor performance, onboarding, remote access, and service lifecycle governance.
Align security objectives with operational and production goals.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Deliver transparent reporting on service health, risks, KPIs, and operational maturity.
Support governance forums and executive decision-making processes.
Drive continuous service improvement initiatives and OT service maturity programs.
Required Skills & Experience
6–8 years of experience in:
OT Security
IT/OT Service Delivery
Industrial cybersecurity environments
Strong understanding of:
ITIL Incident, Change, and Problem Management
Security standards and compliance
OT CMDB management
Managed security services (SOC, monitoring, vulnerability management)
Experience creating and managing:
Service models
SLA reporting
Operational governance frameworks
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Good-to-Have Skills
Hands-on understanding of:
OT vulnerability management
Malware protection for legacy/safety-critical systems
PLC backup and restore processes
Windows/Linux-based OT systems
Secure remote access and vendor connectivity
Awareness of OT-specific threat landscapes and operational constraints:
