This is an exciting opportunity to join our onsemi cybersecurity team to design and build industrial security globally. You will be an integral part of a dynamic and increasingly successful global semiconductor company with a vision to drive technology breakthroughs that deliver the promise of a sustainable future.

In this role, you will be a senior member of the global cybersecurity services team in a fast-paced environment that provides exciting challenges and development opportunities. Responsibilities include developing and executing strategic Industrial Control Systems / Operational Technology (ICS/OT) security initiatives globally. You will be a strong and visible collaborator with our IT Leaders, Manufacturing and Operations leadership, and senior business leaders across the globe to deliver initiatives. This role reports to the global Industrial/OT Security Lead.

Responsibilities

• Be the global industrial security architect lead in design, development and implementation of secured architectures for OT/IT environments of global manufacturing sites
• Plan OT security architectures, manage quality and continuous improvements of OT security architectures and technology stack
• Enhance IT-OT alignment, maintain oversight over OT security architecture.
• Build and maintain strong relationship with IT, manufacturing and business groups
• Problem-solve with cross-functional teams to support manufacturing operations
• Keep abreast of evolving threats and build and maintain cyber culture
• Provide support to incident management
• Should have 15-20 years of experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Should have 15-20 years of experience.
• Professional certifications such as SABSA preferred
• Manufacturing or/and semiconductor industry experience preferred
• Cybersecurity regulations and assessment for critical infrastructure
• Familiar with industrial frameworks such as NIST, MITRE, and zero-trust concepts
• Strong project management and team building / collaboration skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
