  • Salary scale 006: $100,900 to $126,100 (Base salary will be determined based on your academic background, experience, training, and skills related to the position.)

Your role in evolving how we work:

As a member of the OT Hub, you act as a trusted partner to Operations, delivering technology solutions that enhance performance, drive efficiency, and protect the long‑term sustainability of the cooperative. OT Hub team members play a critical role in shaping the future of industrial automation, cybersecurity, and digital transformation across our facilities. This expert role serves as a subject matter reference for automation and OT software, contributing to strategic initiatives and innovation. The Expert supports enterprise‑wide planning, leads complex initiatives, and mentors’ peers, while working closely with senior cybersecurity experts to ensure lifecycle programs are fully integrated across automation, software, networks, and security.

  • Architect and lead enterprise‑scale automation and OT software lifecycle programs
  • Define, govern, and continuously evolve automation standards, specifications, and governance models
  • Align automation lifecycle strategies with cybersecurity and network lifecycle programs
  • Lead enterprise‑level initiatives and oversee complex, multi‑site programs using Agile methodologies
  • Mentor Agile teams and drive adoption of best practices, tools, and performance metrics
  • Partner with cybersecurity teams to ensure secure, resilient, and integrated OT architectures
  • Drive innovation in OT software architecture, including edge computing, virtualization, and data models
  • Oversee enterprise frameworks such as unified tagging, semantic models, and standards compliance (e.g., ISA, CSI MasterFormat)
  • Engage senior leadership to align OT strategy with business priorities and represent the OT Hub in strategic forums
  • Support enterprise governance, documentation, regulatory compliance, and safety programs

The profile that will contribute to change:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Automation, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered
  • Five to ten (5-10) years of experience in OT, IT, or industrial automation
  • Proven experience leading teams, projects, or enterprise‑level initiatives
  • Applicable OT or IT cybersecurity certifications
  • Applicable OT Software Application Certification
  • Expert‑level knowledge of automation systems, OT software lifecycles, and enterprise architecture
  • Strong ability to operate in complex, cross‑functional environments with a strategic mindset
  • Demonstrated stakeholder engagement, influence, and mentoring capabilities
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and time‑management skills
  • Professional fluency in French and English
