We are continuing our digital journey within manufacturing and are now looking for an Operational Technology (OT) Developer to strengthen our capabilities close to the shop floor.
In this role, you will work hands-on with the development, deployment, and support of applications that enable machine connectivity, industrial data collection, and stable production operations across our manufacturing sites. You will operate in a production critical environment and work closely with Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, and IT to ensure reliable and efficient digital solutions that support daily operations.
Your responsibilities will range from installing and upgrading OT-related applications to troubleshooting, performance tuning, and continuous improvement when issues arise. You will contribute to modern DevOps ways of working in an industrial context and help ensure that our shop floor applications are secure, stable, and fit for purpose.
We are looking for someone with experience in OT, industrial IT, DevOps, or software development within a manufacturing environment. You have good knowledge of Linux, Git, scripting, containers, and databases, along with an understanding of automation systems and production critical IT/OT solutions. Experience with Kubernetes is a plus. Exposure to or experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) or similar emerging digital technologies is considered an advantage, but not a requirement.
You will work in a global aerospace manufacturing environment where your contributions have real operational impact, with opportunities for long term collaboration, hands on development, and technical influence.
