OT & Cybersecurity Team Administrator

As our OT & Cybersecurity division continues to grow, we're looking for an OT & Cybersecurity Administrator to become the operational backbone of the team.

Based in our Brisbane Head Office, this is a diverse and fast-paced role that combines project administration, business support, compliance coordination, reporting, resource planning, and operational administration. You'll work closely with technical specialists, Project Managers, customers, and leadership, helping ensure projects, people, systems, and processes run smoothly.

What You'll Do

As the OT & Cybersecurity Administrator, you'll play a critical role supporting both the day-to-day operation and long-term success of the business.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting project administration activities including timesheets, invoicing, reporting, and project documentation
• Maintaining OT customer records, spend history, customer databases, and CRM information
• Supporting resource planning activities and workforce utilisation reporting
• Coordinating project administration activities throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Maintaining compliance records in line with Alliance Automation's Quality Management System
• Assisting with the preparation of customer reports, presentations, monthly business updates, and management reporting
• Coordinating internal meetings, agendas, actions, and follow-up activities
• Maintaining training, certification, competency, and development records for OT & Cybersecurity personnel
• Supporting Lunch & Learn programs and team development initiatives
• Assisting with sales briefs, customer proposals, budget information, and business development activities
• Managing document control processes, project records, and content storage systems
• Maintaining supplier, vendor, and partner compliance requirements
• Reviewing and documenting business processes to support continuous improvement initiatives
• Providing general administrative and operational support to the OT & Cybersecurity leadership team

What We're Looking For

We're looking for an individual who is organised, proactive, and enjoys making a meaningful contribution behind the scenes.

You'll ideally bring:

• Previous experience in administration, project administration, project coordination, office administration, or business support
• Outstanding organisational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
• Experience maintaining reports, databases, compliance records, customer information, or document control systems
• A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership of tasks and outcomes
• A continuous improvement mindset and desire to find better ways of working

Experience within engineering, cyber security, technology, industrial, or project-based environments will be highly regarded, but is not essential.
