OT Cybersecurity Risk Analyst

Location: Namur, Belgium – Hybrid
Duration: Extendable until 30 November 2027
On-site: Minimum 60%
Travel: Mobility across Wallonia required

We are looking for an experienced OT Cybersecurity Risk Analyst to assess, prioritise and track cyber risks affecting industrial systems and their IT dependencies across critical public infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Map and inventory OT assets such as PLCs, RTUs, HMIs and industrial networks.
• 
  Conduct OT risk assessments, identifying threats, vulnerabilities and operational impacts.
• 
  Develop risk treatment plans, prioritisation and 24-month risk reduction roadmaps
• 
  Integrate security requirements into IT/OT projects and supplier contracts
• 
  Translate OT risks into SOC monitoring and detection requirements
• 
  Support resilience testing, tabletop exercises, PCA and DRP improvements.
• 
  Maintain the OT risk register and prepare cybersecurity governance and NIS2 reporting.

Key Requirements

• 
  Experience in OT/industrial cybersecurity risk analysis
• 
  Knowledge of Modbus, PROFINET, DNP3 or equivalent protocols.
• 
  Experience with SCADA, PLC, RTU, DCS or similar control systems.
• 
  Strong knowledge of NIST, CyberFundamentals, ISO 27005, IEC 62443 and EBIOS RM
• 
  Experience with GRC tools and risk reporting
• 
  Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• French C2 and basic English
• Driving licence B and willingness to travel across Wallonia.
