Job Description

As OT Cybersecurity Engineer (m/f/d) you will strengthen our industrial cybersecurity capabilities and contribute to the secure design of our OT systems and products. In close collaboration with engineering, IT, and product teams, you ensure that cybersecurity requirements are consistently applied. This role supports the organization in improving architectures, controls, and secure development practices.

YOUR TASKS

  • Contribute to the evaluation and definition of cybersecurity requirements and controls across ICS and OT environments
  • Provide guidance on security best practices for coding, network architecture design, and systems hardening
  • Ensure compliance with regulations such as NIS2, NERC CIP, and the EU Cyber Resilience Act, as well as OT standards like ISA/IEC 62443 and NIST SP 800‑82
  • Assess new technologies, recommend defensive improvements, and support their integration
  • Monitor emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and best practices to enhance the technical design of our products
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support secure architectures and OT risk mitigation

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, or equivalent
  • Relevant cybersecurity certifications such as ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Expert, CISSP, or OSCP
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within OT or ICS environments
  • Fluent English; Spanish and/or German are an asset
  • Strong knowledge of OT cybersecurity standards, secure design principles, and risk‑based decision‑making
