Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Should have worked across BSS/OSS systems from lead generation to order creation, fulfillment, activation, service assurance(fault/performance management) and billing
2. Telecom Background is a must.
3. Manage Architecture deliverables; ensure understanding of Solution across all Epics and Tracks.
4. Knowledge across Huawei CRM, CBS and other products across BSS/OSS stack is needed.
5. Create and maintain end-to-end architecture artifacts including but not limited to, interface design document, process design document, sequence diagrams, data flow diagrams and data models across the B/OSS ecosystem.
6. Create and maintain the solution architecture roadmap across all Epics and produce architecture blueprints for each release iteration.
7. Review business requirements and collaborate with development teams to identify system impacts and estimates.
8. Follow through architecture issues and integration challenges that arise throughout the software development life cycle and provide resolution.
9. Collaborate and drive alignment with key business stakeholders, solution development and testing teams on architecture approach and direction.
10. Co-ordinate with PMs, infrastructure/operations team, testing teams and release/change control teams as needed.
Requirements:
1. Overall, 7-10 years of experience
2. Defining software enterprise architecture
3. BSS/OSS background
4. Demonstrating ability to create systems architecture and solution design given a brief product requirement
5. Designing new features to meet new business requirements
6. Middleware oriented management, Enterprise Service Bus (ESB)
7. Workflow and business process management
8. System integration lifecycle for a full stack BSS and/or OSS implementation
9. Familiarity with Agile software development processes knowledge of scaled agile framework is preferred
10. Ability to work in a multi-vendor environment.
