We're looking for an experienced and solutions-focused OSI Engineer / Scientist - Water to join our Operational Support and Improvement team on a permanent full-time basis.
Reporting to the Manager Operational Support - Water, this role plays a key part in improving the performance, reliability and compliance of TasWater's drinking water treatment systems and water networks. Working closely with operational teams across the state, you'll apply your technical expertise to optimise treatment processes, investigate operational challenges, improve compliance outcomes, and deliver innovative solutions that support safe and reliable drinking water services for Tasmania.
This is an exciting opportunity for a technically capable professional who enjoys solving complex problems, analysing system performance, and working collaboratively with operational teams to drive continuous improvement. This role will be based in Launceston and attracts a salary of $106,708.64 - $120,247.46 per annum (inclusive of superannuation).
The role will involve travel across Tasmania to support operational sites and may require participation in after-hours work or an on-call roster as business requirements dictate.
