Lead OSHC Teams Across Melbourne's East

We're looking for a people-focused Regional Manager to support a portfolio of OSHC services across Melbourne's Eastern Suburbs, centred around the Boronia region. This is an opportunity to work closely with Coordinators, build strong school partnerships, and create positive experiences for children, families and teams every day.

Qualifications

We're looking for a leader who can balance strong operational capability with warmth, empathy and a genuine passion for developing people.

To ensure your success in the role you will bring with you;

  • Multi-site leadership experience within OSHC, childcare, education or a related sector
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills
  • Experience driving quality and compliance outcomes
  • Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills
  • A Diploma qualification or higher in an ACECQA-approved field
  • Current Working with Children Check, First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications
  • Driver's licence and reliable vehicle
