OSHC Qualified Educator / Educational Leader- Tall Tree Outside School Care Rosalie


Hours: Minimum 20 hours per week Availability: Must be available Monday to Friday afternoons (2:30pm–6:00pm) + Vacation Care Rate: $33.24–$35.14 per hour (based on experience & qualifications)

About the Role:

Tall Tree Outside School Care Rosalie is seeking an experienced OSHC Qualified Educator / Educational Leader to join our team.

This role is ideal for an experienced OSHC professional who is passionate about creating inclusive, engaging, and fun environments where children can learn and play outside school hours.

Working closely with the OSHC Manager, you will support both daily service delivery and educational leadership, contributing to high-quality programs aligned with My Time, Our Place.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of engaging OSHC programs based on children’s interests and needs
  • Support the OSHC Manager with daily operations, staffing, and administration
  • Mentor and coach educators to support high-quality practice and professional growth
  • Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families, supporting each child’s wellbeing, development, and sense of belonging
  • Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), My Time, Our Place (MTOP), and relevant regulations
  • Create safe, inclusive, and engaging environments where children feel supported and inspired
  • Document children’s learning through observations, planning, and reporting

About You:

  • Certificate III, Diploma or IV in School-Aged Care, Early Childhood Education or equivalent (or higher)
  • Strong OSHC experience with solid knowledge of MTOP, NQF and NQS
  • Experience or interest in Educational Leader responsibilities
  • Confident leadership, mentoring, and communication skills
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
  • Valid Working With Children Check
  • Must hold a current driver’s licence and have reliable transport
  • Available to work Monday–Friday afternoons
  • Passionate about children’s learning, wellbeing, and educator development
