OSHC Qualified Educator / Driver - Tall Tree Outside School Care Rosalie


Hours: Minimum 15 hours per week Availability: Must be available Monday to Friday afternoons (2:30pm–6:00pm) + Vacation Care

About the Role:

Tall Tree Outside School Care Rosalie is seeking a OSHC Qualified Educator / Driver to join our team.

This role is perfect for an enthusiastic educator who enjoys building positive relationships with children and creating fun, engaging experiences in an Outside School Hours Care environment. Working alongside the OSHC Manager and wider team, you'll help deliver high-quality before and after school care programs that support children's learning, wellbeing, and development in line with

My Time, Our Place.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely transport children to and from local schools and excursions
  • Deliver engaging, play-based experiences that reflect children's interests and needs
  • Build positive and respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues
  • Supervise and support children in a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment
  • Assist with implementing educational programs aligned with My Time, Our Place
  • Maintain a strong commitment to child safety and wellbeing
  • Support the day-to-day operations of the service and contribute to a positive team culture
  • Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework and relevant regulations

About You:

  • Certificate III, Diploma or IV in School-Aged Care, Early Childhood Education or equivalent (or higher)
  • Strong OSHC experience with solid knowledge of MTOP, NQF and NQS
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
  • Valid Working With Children Check
  • Must hold a current driver’s license and have reliable transport
  • Available to work Monday–Friday afternoons
  • Passionate about children’s learning, wellbeing, and educator development
