OSHC Manager | Atlantis Outside School Care Peter Moyes

Atlantis Outside School Care Peter Moyes is seeking a passionate, people-focused, and child safety driven OSHC Manager to lead our team in delivering engaging and high-quality care for school-aged children.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time leadership role, working Monday to Friday between the hours of 6:30am- 6pm.

As the OSHC Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the service while fostering a positive, inclusive, and child-focused culture for children, families, and educators.

You will:

  • Lead and support a passionate team of educators
  • Deliver engaging and meaningful programs for school-aged children
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, schools, and the community
  • Drive quality practice and continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance, operational performance, and child safety standards
  • Support a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture

About You:

  • Previous leadership experience within OSHC or Early Childhood Education
  • Strong knowledge of My Time, Our Place and the National Quality Standards
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive and organised approach with a passion for quality practice and child safety

Essential Requirements:

  • Certificate IV in School Age Education and Care, Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or equivalent approved qualification
  • Current Working with Children Check, National Police Clearance, and First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates
  • Full Australian working rights
  • Valid driver’s licence and willingness to drive a mini-bus
