About the Role

We are currently seeking Certificate 3 Educators to join our Outside School Care Hours at our Nightcliff Campus. There will also be opportunities to work across our Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) services in the northern areas of Darwin.

What You'll Do

  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Communicate clearly with families to support children’s learning.
  • Create a safe and stimulating environment for children.
  • Work with other educators to provide high-quality care.
  • Plan and follow educational programs that meet standards.

What You Need

  • Experience working with children.
  • Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent (ACECQA approved).
  • Desire for ongoing professional development.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Valid OCHRE (NT Working with Children) Card.
  • National Police Clearance.

The Royal Children's Hospital (RCH) has been providing outstanding care for Victoria's children and their families for over 147 years.

We are the major specialist paediatric hospital in Victoria and our care extends to children from Tasmania, southern New South Wales and other states around Australia and overseas.

With a passionate, highly skilled and committed staff campus wide of over 5,000, we provide a full range of clinical services, tertiary care and health promotion and prevention programs for children and young people.

We are the designated state-wide major trauma centre for paediatrics in Victoria and a Nationally Funded Centre for cardiac and liver transplantation.
