Job Description

OSHC Driver/Educator – Tall Tree Outside School Care

📍 Location: Manning

🚗 Full Driver’s License Required

Tall Tree Outside School Care is growing and we’re seeking enthusiastic OSHC Educators to join our team. This part-time, permanent role offers a minimum of 8 hours per week and the opportunity to support school-aged children through engaging before and after school programs and exciting Vacation Care activities.

If you’re passionate about creating fun, safe, and enriching experiences for children and enjoy working in a supportive team environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Your Role:

  • Supervise and engage children in a safe, inclusive environment
  • Plan and deliver fun, age-appropriate before and after school programs
  • Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Support daily routines and smooth transitions
  • Work collaboratively to deliver high-quality OSHC programs
  • Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking motivated, nurturing educators who enjoy working with school-aged children and thrive in a collaborative environment.

You’ll need:

  • Full Driver’s License (essential)
  • Availability Monday to Friday
  • Current Working With Children Check and National Criminal History Check
  • First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain)
