We’re looking for an experienced OSHC Coordinator to lead our service in the Padbury area, creating a safe, welcoming and engaging environment where children can learn, play and thrive.
To be successful in this role, you’ll bring previous OSHC experience along with demonstrated leadership experience, whether that’s as a Coordinator, Assistant Coordinator, Responsible Person or in another senior OSHC position. You’ll be confident supporting a team, overseeing the day-to-day running of a service and building strong relationships with children, families and the school community.
This is a permanent part-time role offering 31 hours per week, including 4 hours of paid non-contact administration time.
You’ll work Monday to Friday across our before and after school care programs:
Rise then Shine: 7:00am – 9:00am
Stay and Play: 2:30pm – 6:00pm
As Coordinator, you’ll lead and support a team of Educators, help create engaging experiences for children and ensure the service runs smoothly each day. You’ll also play an important role in building a positive team culture and maintaining strong connections with families and the wider school community.
