Job Description

Partnering with parents and school communities, at Junior Adventures Group (JAG) our goal is to help today’s children navigate their tomorrow by supporting children's development through play in fun, engaging environments. Join us at our amazing service in the Keysborough region. We are looking for an experienced OSHClub Coordinator and lead a team of passionate Educators while making a real impact on the lives of children! This permanent, part-time role offers 25hours per week, including 4 non-contact admin hours.

You’ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday: 7.00 - 9.00am (Rise then Shine) 3:00-6:00pm (Stay and Play) 7:00am - 6:00pm (School Holiday Program)

About the role

As an OSHClub Coordinator, you’ll be leading a team of passionate Educators and overseeing an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years. This role is all about leadership:

  • You’ll create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program, filled with exciting activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts—all designed to inspire and engage.
  • You’ll take full ownership of your team’s roster, manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and handle admin tasks—all while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth.

With mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team, you’ll have everything you need to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact.

Wallarano OSHClub is a vibrant service with a dedicated OSHC space, providing before and after school care as well our school holiday programs. Our team focuses on building positive relationships with children and families while creating fun experiences through play, creativity and connection as part of our embedded school community.
